Domaine Vessigaud Mâcon-Fuissé is a rich Chardonnay from the rolling hills of the Mâconnais. A well-rounded elegant wine with great body and structure and mineral flavours.

The classic Chablis of Château de Fleys is a great example from the appellation, showing an elegant nose of white flowers and peach. On the palate, aromas of citrus and pear take over, with a mineral touch and a clean finish. Definitely a good value Chablis, to be discovered!

Lying on South-facing slopes, these vines are ideally located and produce powerful and fruity Chablis. Coming from 50 year-old vines, it is a remarkably well-structured and concentrated wine with delicate aromas of dried fruit and a hint of honey. The beautiful mineral finish makes your pleasure last even longer.

Le Clos du Château is the latest cuvée form the Philippon family, made exclusively form vines located around the Château and inside closed walls - which is called a "Clos". These small plots have been managed within the sustainable Agriculture practice - no chemicals, manual harvest - and have been aged for 20% in oak barrels. The result is a slightly more dense structure than the classic Chablis, with a discrete buttery touch, the same aromas of white flowers and yellow fruit (peach) on a mineral background. Quite a surprising but classy Chablis!

“Les Fourneaux” is a tiny and beautiful Premier Cru plot with a South West exposure. This sunny vineyard gives intense aromas of ripe yellow fruit and flowers; its lovely buttery structure is balanced by a refreshing minerality. A really elegant Chablis Premier Cru, which has everything we can expect from an unoaked Chardonnay and a little bit more, with this unique minerality from the Chablis terroir.

An elegant and expressive wine delivering notes of passion fruit, grapefruit and pineapple enveloped in a rich, full-bodied and harmonious palate. Candied citrus flavours and a zippy acidity lead to a long finish.

The fermentation is made by the indigenous yeasts that exist naturally on the grapes, it is then aged on the lees for 9 months in concrete vats. The result is a textured wine with notes of peach, honeysuckle and grapefruit with an elegant vein of minerality.

Powerful opulent flavours and a flinty mineral backbone combine beautifully with barrel fermentation to create a Burgundian-inspired Chardonnay. Flavours are reminiscent of white stone fruit with delightful soft texture ensuring a long, commanding finish.

Light golden in colour, this Sauvignon Blanc is rich, creamy and textural. It possesses ripe fruit flavours - a luscious mix of tropical and stone fruits – which are balanced perfectly with fruit-laden acidity. Wild fermented entirely in old oak with Loire clones adding texture and richness. Partial malolactic contributes to soft acidity and mouthfilling texture.

Dried peach, white pear, almond, stone-fruit and floral notes drive the bouquet that follows through on the full-bodied, dense palate that shows great complexity in it.
