Australian White Wines
Verdelho has been grown in Langhorne Creek for over 150 years. Bremerton choose to make a modern style to express the pure varietal characters.
A rich, complex Fiano with aromas of white nectarine, butter-poached fruit, baked apple, freshly cut hay, rosehip and papaya to name a few. The palate is beautifully balanced with great natural acidity, a soft, creamy texture and an array of citrus characters.
A fresh, lively Assyrtiko showing great flavour concentration of pear and grapefruit with a steely mineral streak running through its creamy core.
Intense and fragrant rose petal and ginger spice aromas lead to a softly textured palate of apricot, peach and honeydew melon, lifted by a white peppery finish.
A Bordeauxesque white blend with notes of fresh lemon, lime sorbet, white grapefruit, white flowers and a drizzle of honey.
Light straw in colour with aromas of stone fruit and melon. On the palate, flavours of nectarine and peach are plentiful. A soft and fruit-driven Chardonnay, with good balance and length.
